JWC transformed this sleepy, 3-story Mission Beach walk-up into a vibrant, contemporary home with a modern, masculine aesthetic.  In partnership with Blythe Interiors, coastal views are strategically-located throughout an open floor plan. Privacy is balanced with indoor/outdoor living to create a warm, minimalist setting appropriate for both contemplation and entertaining. 

The home is set one block from the beach – visible from both the office and viewing patio/wine room.  Custom furniture, commissioned art – and an iconic Eames chair – are classic anchors around which geometric tile, curved ironwork and wood accents provide both strength and whimsy.
