Multiple previous property owners were unable to figure out this new construction build which depended on significant grading and planning work to realize PQ Design’s original vision. JWC and the engineering team devised a solution using two foundation systems to nestle the house against the hillside. The owners worked directly with JWC and the design team to develop a bespoke home which is both captivating and functional.
