Complete renovation of a three-level home for a multi-generational family. Ocaso (“breeze” in Spanish) adopts a measure of the playfulness its name suggests. 

Originally diminished by small, disjointed rooms, the plan is reimagined with more airy spaces – but anchored by high-end custom millwork, dashes of color, geometric tile patterns and bold matte black hardware – all connected by a majestic entry stairwell.
